Vera Caslavska made her Olympic debut winning a silver medal in 1960, but it was four years later when she started to shine. At the Tokyo 1964 Games, Caslavska captured a total of 4 Olympic medals, three golds (all around, vault and balance beam) and a silver medal (team all around). In 1968, she went on to win gold in all around, vault, uneven bars and floor, becoming the only man or woman to win every individual Olympic title in gymnastics.
