Michaela Dorfmeister Claims Downhill Olympic Title

Michaela Dorfmeister of Austria becomes the downhill Olympic champion at the Turin Games, claiming gold in 1:49.56 and becoming the first Austrian woman to win this event since 1980. A few days later after receiving her first gold, Dorfmeister wins the Super-G and becomes the first female alpine skier to win the double in speed events.
