In the half-pipe final, American Hannah Teter proves to be a golden girl by winning her first Olympic title at 19 years of age. Teter scores 44.6 and 46.4 in her first and second runs to achieve Olympic glory. The silver medal is received by compatriot Gretchen Bleiler. Kjersti Buaas of Norway claims the bronze medal.
