London 2012 - after missing out on gold at Beijing due to illness, New Zealand's five-time single sculls world champion Mahe Drysdale finally achieved his dream at Eton Dorney. Drysdale held off rival Ondrej Synek of the Czech Republic to win in 6:57.82. Watch the final in full now.
