    The Tokyo Organising Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games (Tokyo 2020) today announced that applications for participation in the second lottery for Tokyo 2020 Olympic ticket sales will be accepted from 13 to 26 November 2019. This is the last ticketing phase exclusively reserved for residents of Japan.
