    Mattéo Baud – Nordic combined at the YOG on home soil

    Aged 17, Mattéo Baud is one of the most promising talents in French Nordic combined skiing. He will be representing his country at the Youth Olympic Games Lausanne 2020 in a rather unusual context, as the competitions will be held on home soil – at the Jason Lamy-Chappuis Stadium in Les Tuffes, Prémanon, in the French Jura.

    Skateboarding - the show, the entertainment, the pace

    Skateboarding made its stunning debut on the programme of the first World Beach Games, Doha 2019, a multi-sports competition that brought together around 100 National Olympic Committees.     Tickets for the Lausanne 2020 Opening Ceremony on sale starting November 21st

    The Lausanne 2020 Organising Committee is pleased to announce that its online ticketing platform will open on November 21 at 11a.m. This platform will enable the public to purchase tickets to the Opening Ceremony held on January 9th, 2020 (7:30 p.m.) and to register – free of charge – to attend the Games’ indoor competitions.

    Second lottery for Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 tickets to commence on 13 November

    The Tokyo Organising Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games (Tokyo 2020) today announced that applications for participation in the second lottery for Tokyo 2020 Olympic ticket sales will be accepted from 13 to 26 November 2019. This is the last ticketing phase exclusively reserved for residents of Japan.
