    The Chinese duo, Meng Guanliang and Yang Wenjun, delight the crowd by claiming their second straight Olympic gold in C2 500m. Meng and Yang make a strong start, crossing the 250m mark with a half boat length advantage. They finish in 1:41.025 closely followed by the Russian pair, who receive the silver medal in 1:41.282.     China proved its prowess in the Men's 1500m Speed Skating at the Innsbruck 2012 Winter Youth Olympic Games on Monday, with Fan Yang (CHN) grabbing Gold and An Liu (CHN) collecting the Silver medal. In a superb race at the Olympic Speed Skating Oval, Yang posted a time of 1:54.20 minute skating more than six seconds quicker than his teammate.
