Wojdan Shaherkani makes Games history
London 2012 - Wojdan Shaherkani, the first Saudi Arabian woman ever to compete at the Olympic Games, moments before her +78kg judo elimination round match with Melissa Mojica of Puerto Rico. Shaherkani was allowed to wear a headscarf in accordance with her Islamic beliefs - another first.
