London 2012 - Carol Huynh of Canada and Senegal’s Isabelle Sambou grapple to 0-0 standoffs in both initial 2-minute periods and twice come to a “clinch” or random draw. Huynh is fortunate twice in the clinch, scores twice in overtime and wins the bronze medal in women’s wrestling 48kg freestyle at ExCel on 8 August, 2012.

London 2012 - Hitomi Obara is emotional and exhausted after a hard fought match against Mariya Stadnyk of Azerbaijan in the final match of women’s wrestling 48kg freestyle. Obara wins her first ever gold medal, and the first of three medals for Japan in women’s wrestling.
