YOG on the Road to London 2012 talks to Chad le Clos

He has been called ‘The next Michael Phelps’, ‘The one to watch’ and ‘The South African swimming sensation’ and he is still only 19 years old!

Yes indeed, Chad le Clos is making something of a splash in the swimming world, but he hasn’t forgotten where it all started. Taking time out from his busy schedule, the five-times YOG medallist chatted to us about life since Singapore 2010, how he deals with the pressure of being a national superstar, what it’s like to race against YOG Ambassador Michael Phelps (who he has beaten twice by the way) and, of course, the London 2012 Olympic Games!

Watch this space for our exclusive video interview coming soon. While you wait, relive Chad’s journey to his 200m individual medley gold medal at the Singapore 2010 Youth Olympic Games.
