Rules of Conduct

The Rules of Conduct applicable to all cities wishing to organise the Olympic Games have been reviewed by the IOC Executive Board and come into force as of today.

Key changes are as follows:
-          the rules will apply to cities as soon as they say they are intending to bid (before they officially become Applicant Cities)
-          international promotion may start as soon as the cities are selected as candidates.
