Olympic Museum - Weekend events

During the summer of 2004, the Olympic Museum in Lausanne is offering a rich programme linking sport and culture. The programme is based on the ancient and modern items with guided visits of the current temporary exhibition, “Destination Olympia”, public talks, mythology tales, workshops, music and food tasting. In the Museum gardens, the use of plants and herbs in ancient times are highlighted throughout a botanic trail. Two world premieres, an opera and a concert, enrich this programme.
