Media access: The Westin Bayshore Hotel (Olympic Family Hotel)
ALL media who would like access to the Westin Bayshore Hotel (Olympic Family Hotel), where the IOC meetings will take place, are requested to register through the link below.

Please note that if you ARE an accredited media for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games, you still need to apply for accreditation, as your media accreditation badge does not provide you with access to the Olympic Family Hotel (OFH).

The OFH media pass will give you access to the lobby of the hotel - NOT to the meeting rooms.

No working facilities will be provided at the hotel.

Our accreditation system and media database were upgraded when we launched our new website www.olympic.org. If you attended Executive Board meetings before this, there is a very good chance that you are already in our database. Please click on the link below and set up your password. To do so, please go to “Lost password” and enter your email address. You will then receive an email and can follow the instructions. (You will need to set up your password only once, and then will be able to use it to login every time you wish to request an accreditation or update your profile.)

For journalists who have not yet registered for an IOC event, please follow the instructions and use the same link below.

Click here to request an accreditation

All OFH media passes will be distributed at the Communications Office at the MPC from Friday 5 February onwards.

The deadline for accreditation requests is Friday 5 February.
Should you have any issues when registering, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Media access: Main Press Centre (MPC)
Media who are NOT accredited for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games and wish to attend the IOC press briefings during the EB and Session meetings, which will take place at the MPC, are requested to email the IOC Press Office:
pressoffice@olympic.org before Friday 5 February.
