As the countdown clock strikes one month to go to Lillehammer 2016, today the IOC launched its most “love-able” social media initiative to date, the microsite that will bring together all the fan interactions using #iLoveYOG: www.olympic.org/iloveyog
This social media campaign encourages athletes and fans to share their love of sport and of the Youth Olympic Games by tagging their photos with #iLoveYOG. Over the duration of the Games, the many fan posts will grow into a giant piece of artwork in the form of a mosaic.
In addition to having their photo featured in the largest photo mosaic in Youth Olympic history, fans may also receive cool prizes such as Olympic rings sunglasses and the un-missable heart hats that will be seen during the Games.
Lillehammer 2016 starts on 12 February and you can follow all the action on the Youth Olympics Snapchat (@youtholympics), Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube pages.
