Ukraine and Australia
The 2004 Olympia Prize silver medal was awarded to Ukraine for its stamp illustrating the Games of Antiquity, while Australia won the bronze medal with a modern subject: the start of a race. Singapore’s stamp received the distinction for originality for an historic subject showing athletes engraved on a stone.

Presentation of the winners in Singapore
The International Olympic Philately Federation (FIPO), which organises this contest after each edition of the Olympic Games, will present, during the 117th IOC Session, the Olympia Prize finalists as well as some new philatelic items, particularly the stamps of the candidates cities for the organisation of the 2012 Olympic Games.
