Alinghi at the Olympic Museum

From 21 to 23 March, the Olympic Museum will welcome the Alinghi team - victors in the America's Cup - as well as the prestigious silver ewer, on the occasion of the first stage of its Swiss tour.

On Friday 21 March at 6.30 p.m., Michel Bonnefous, Executive Director of the Swiss Challenge, will lead a conference. Mr Bonnefous will be accompanied by skipper Russell Coutts, Jochen Schuemann, Sports Director and helmsman, and Bertrand Cardis, Director of the "Décision" shipyard where the boat was built. Beforehand, sailors Yann Maillet, Yves Detrey, Loïc Fuhrer, Jean-Claude Monnin and Jon Bilger will take part in a forum for young people from 5.30 p.m.

During the weekend, the team's sailors will be present on the Alinghi stand at the Olympic Museum, where activities will be organised for visitors. Furthermore, the Museum's visitors will be able to admire the silver trophy from 11 a.m. on Friday 21 until Sunday 23 March.
