1) General Information
The third edition of the Summer Youth Olympic Games (YOG) will be held from 6 to 18 October 2018 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It will be preceded by a meeting of the IOC Executive Board (EB) on 3 and 4 October and the first edition of the Olympism in Action Forum on 5 and 6 October. The IOC Session will take place on 8 and 9 October.
The Olympism in Action Forum is a new event organised by the IOC that will bring together the entire Olympic Movement with the general public to address the most important issues related to sport and society and discuss how the values of Olympism and sport can effectively work as a catalyst for a better world. This event will take place at the CECBA Convention Centre.
