27 Olympic Week - Photo journalism and Cartoons

Every day of Olympic Week, a Gazette is published that is produced entirely by the 12 to 15-year-olds in the photography-journalism workshop. As a pair, a reporter and a photographer track down images and highlights from the various sports, looking out for the values of excellence, friendship and respect.

The cartoon workshop joined in with the values. Children and youngsters were guided by professional cartoonists in a personal exploration of excellence, friendship and respect. The cartoon of the day was included in the daily Olympic Week Gazette produced by the photography-journalism workshop, and a selection of other illustrations.
