PyeongChang 2018: the Winter Games in South Korea

For the Olympic Winter Games in PyeongChang, The Olympic Museum takes you on a journey to South Korea. From December, a rich and varied programme will shed more light on this still little-known country. In this context, the TOM SCHOOLS package offers a unique chance to discover an edition of the Winter Games in an Asian country.

During the tour of the exhibitions, the pupils will examine certain aspects of Korean culture. They will also learn about the visual identity of the Games in PyeongChang in 2018, such as the torch, mascot and medals. In the workshop, the pupils revisit the universality of the five rings and the magnitude of their diversity. Through interactive modules, they explore these notions with examples taken from their daily life.
