OUR recruitment PROCESS

  1. Application: Apply on our career page by completing your online profile and applying for a job.
  2. CV selection: The positions are usually open for application for 15 days. At the end of that time, an HR Manager will review carefully each application and will get back to you within a few weeks.
  3. First interview: If your application has been selected, you will be contacted by email for a first interview. First interviews are usually on Skype no matter where you are located, in order to give each applicant an equal opportunity.
  4. Second interview: If you pass the first interview, you will be contacted for a face-to-face interview in our offices in Lausanne. You will usually meet the HR Manager and the Hiring Manager, as well as people from the team/business.
  5. Additional interviews: In such interviews, you will potentially meet the director of the relevant department.
  6. Congratulations! You have been successful and passed the last round of interviews, and an online offer has been made to you via our job portal! Log back in and check the my offers menu.
