Up your mental game with LinkedIn Learning

On World Mental Health Day 2020, invest in your mental well-being by taking advantage of free access to the LinkedIn Learning library of content, which includes a number courses, videos, and learning experiences around the theme of managing your mental health.

LinkedIn Learning is a platform that helps you discover and develop business, technology-related, and creative skills through expert-led course videos – but it can also help you with your mental well-being.

Through our new programme with Intel, you can gain free access to the entire library of LinkedIn Learning content. This features more than 16,000 courses available in seven languages, and includes a number of collections and learning pathways that can help you learn about and prioritise your well-being.

For example, there is a collection on “Managing Stress and Anxiety: Tips for Athletes”, and an equivalent one for coaches, while coaches can also access a collection called “Managing Your Athlete’s Emotions as a Coach”. The long-form courses and short-form videos will provide you with expert advice on topics like how to manage feeling overwhelmed, avoiding burnout, and mastering breathwork techniques to release pressure.

Meanwhile, the learning pathway called “Athlete Mental Agility” will guide you step by step through the process of building resilience in the face of change and uncertainty – something that is hugely beneficial right now.

You can choose to add these courses and related skills to your personal LinkedIn profile once you’ve completed them and get personalised recommendations based on the skills you’re interested in. You can also provide feedback to courses, and view and download videos offline – handy if you’re travelling to or from a competition.
