“Magic moment” for Torchbearer Johnson at Stonehenge Four-time Olympic gold medallist Michael Johnson kicked off day 55 of the London 2012 Olympic Torch Relay at Stonehenge and described carrying the Olympic flame around the ancient landmark as a “magic moment”. The American sprinter – who won 4x400m gold in Barcelona in 1992, 200m and 400m gold in Atlanta in 1996, and 400m gold in Sydney in 2000 – was the first Torchbearer of the day, carrying the Flame at sunrise.
