With just days to go until her London 2012 campaign begins, here is our exclusive chat with YOG Ambassador and defending Olympic pole vault champion Yelena Isinbaeva.

Speaking after her performance at the Monaco Grand Prix Diamond League last month, Yelena revealed how she prepares for a big event, what the Olympic Games mean to her, and how she was looking forward to seeing the Youth Olympic Games athletes compete at the Games.

Don’t miss Yelena jumping alongside YOG athletes Angelica Bengtsson (SWE) and Liz Parnov (AUG) in the pole vault competition, which gets under way on Saturday 4 August.
