Step inside the Youth Olympic Village

17/01/2012

The Youth Olympic Village is a haven for the athletes - a place of rest and relaxation away from the pressures of competition, where flags hang proudly from the balconies and volunteers are on hand to make the athletes' stay as comfortable as possible in what is the largest “hotel” in Austria!

Although the Village is usually closed to the wider world, our trusty friend, Yoggl, pulled a few strings to get us in and, with our very own personal guide in the person of USA Young Ambassador Charles Paddock (who promised us he had tidied his room for our visit), we got an access-all-areas tour! Check out this video report by Young Reporter Luke Dufficy.
