All meetings are taking place at the Radisson Blu Hotel, located near the coastal cluster in Sochi.

MEDIA OPPORTUNITIES
A number of media opportunities will be organised during these meetings, but as a general rule please note that the EB meeting will be closed to the media and the IOC Session will be broadcast live on CCTV at the Main Press Centre.

Please click here to see the programme of the meetings as well as the list of associated media opportunities.

MEDIA ACCESS
Media access to the Radisson Blu Hotel is very limited.

However, day passes will be available during the IOC meetings and the Olympic Games to allow the media to conduct pre-booked interviews. These passes will be delivered subject to a formal request to the IOC Media Relations Team at least 24 hours in advance.

Media who require a day pass to access the Radisson Blu Hotel should send an email to: pressoffice@olympic.org and must include the following information:

  • Full name and name of media organisation
  • Date and time of the interview as well as name of the interviewee(s)
  • Date the day pass is required for (including the time you plan to arrive at the hotel)
  • Sochi 2014 accreditation details including accreditation number(s)
