Whether you tweet, blog, post or just chat, there are many ways of communicating and engaging with other people - you just have to find the right way of expressing yourself.
At the first ever Youth Olympic Games in Singapore 2010, the young athletes engaged with each other through sport and competition but also through the various activities of the Culture and Education Programme. A dedicated internet centre at the Youth Olympic Village also allowed the participants to share their YOG experience with the world via social media platforms like facebook and Twitter.
Ultimately, no matter where you are from or what you are about, by learning to express yourself you will give a voice to your generation.
Engage with the Youth Olympic Games on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
