Winner’s medal Stockholm 1956

The reverse of the medal is actually fairly traditional. A lit torch and the Olympic rings are shown in the foreground, in front of the word “OLYMPIA” engraved in Greek letters. It is also possible to read the following inscription on the edge: “Jeux Olympiques / citius ∙ altius ∙ fortius”
