Worldwide Olympic Partner McDonald’s has rewarded its top-performing employees from around the world with the unique opportunity to be part of the London 2012 Olympic Games.  The McDonald’s Olympic Champion Crew will be made-up of 2,000 outstanding managers and staff, who will serve the world’s best athletes, as well as coaches, officials, media and spectators, at the four new McDonald’s Olympic venue restaurants, including the world’s largest McDonald’s restaurant located in the Olympic Park.

As the presenting partner of the London 2012 Games Makers Programme, McDonald’s have supported the London Olympic and Paralymic Organising Committee (LOCOG) with their programme to select 70,000 volunteers who will help at the Games.

Selected for its proven track record in employee development and training, McDonald’s used its 1,200 restaurants across the UK to raise awareness about the programme and attract volunteers.
