We all know that YOG Ambassador Lindsey Vonn rips it up on the slopes, but she knows better than most that it takes more than being at the peak of your physical fitness to win an Olympic gold…it takes YOG DNA!

In this exclusive clip, Lindsey tells us how she prepares herself mentally for every curve, bump and groove in each course, so she can attack all her races with 100 per cent confidence. And don’t miss the awesome footage from her 2010 Vancouver Olympic Games gold medal-winning race either!
