Sam Wong (Hong Kong) competed in three editions of the Olympic Games (1988, 1992 and 1996) in windsurfing. He won two silver medals in the Asian Games in 1994 and 1998, and was twice windsurfing champion at the Asian Championships. Sam is now Manager of the Athletes’ Career and Education Programme (HKACEP) at the Sports Federation and Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China.
