Jenni Mikkonen (Finland) competed in the 2004 and 2008 Olympic Games in kayak, and won bronze at the World Championships in 2006. She currently combines training and education at the Tampere University of Technology in Finland, where she majors in industrial management. As an active athlete, Jenni’s main goal is to win an Olympic medal in London 2012, but she also hopes to complete her Bachelor’s degree in 2010 and a Master’s degree in engineering before 2012.
