Torch of the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles

The building represented on the torch designed for the 1984 Games in Los Angeles by Newhart, Turner Industries is none other than the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. This stadium, opened in 1923, has had the honour of hosting two editions of the Olympic Games: in 1932 and 1984. It also hosted the Opening Ceremony for the Games in 1984.
